Academic Internship
CYSE 368: Cybersecurity Internship
This course allows students to gain experience in an industry related to Cybersecurity or Information Technology, requiring at least 150 hours of volunteer/on-the-job training and work with the student’s chosen agency.
My internship was with the 338th Training Squadron “Dark Knights” at Keesler Air Force Base. The work I did supported the 338th in their mission of providing premier technical education and training to the DOD warfighter through the Network Systems Operations Course.

Below is a compilation of completed work at the Internship, including the final academic report on it. The most important takeaway from this internship was that sometimes throughout my career, I will not always get what I want, only opportunties that are given to me, irrespective of it being my desired choice. From opportunties, it is up to me to make the best of them and use them as experiences that will help me get closer to my goals. I will value this experience equally as any other and use it to get closer to my goals.
